Capital of Vietnam - Hanoi

In recent years, Vietnam introduced several economic incentives to attract foreign investment.  In addition to the opportunities brought by the trade war, more and more manufacturers have moved the production lines in China to Vietnam which accelerates the local economic development.  With the rapid growth of the local economy, it is expected to attract more multinational companies to settle in.

After the economic reforms of Vietnam, the Vietnamese government has made the property market open for foreign investors.  It allows overseas property buyers to have 50 years of leasehold ownership and apply for an extension.  The local property market has gradually attracted the attention of overseas buyers.  Among the cities of Vietnam, the property market of Hanoi has been expected to have a great development prospect.  Some local developers said that 70% of overseas buyers of Hanoi’s residential projects were from Hong Kong and seen as their investment and second homes to spend their leisure time in Vietnam.
