Ho Chi Minh City

Ho Chi Minh City was once the capital of the Republic of Vietnam.  It is the largest city in Vietnam now and one of Vietnam's five centrally administered municipalities. It is the economic, trade, transportation and cultural center of Vietnam.  The city’s current name is to commemorate Ho Chi Minh, the founding leader of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam.
